Facade cleaning
Da Vinci Façade, as its name suggests, specializes in facade cleaning. Rather than just cleaning the facade, facade cleaning is composed of several techniques to remove stubborn dirt and grime from your facade. Da Vinci Façade offers cleaning for different types of facades.

High pressure cleaning
A cleaning method that consists of spraying water at high temperature. This solution is adapted when the condition of your facade is not too deteriorated.

Water runoff
The water runoff is a technique consisting, as its name indicates, in making water run over the whole surface of your facade. This technique is suitable for concrete and stone facades. It is non-abrasive and has the advantage of softening the dirt to remove it more easily. After the runoff, a soft cleaning, often manual, is done.

Chemical cleaning tensio-active
When your facade is covered with stubborn dirt, steam cleaning is no longer sufficient. In this case, chemical cleaning is recommended. All our products are c.E. certified and do not represent any danger for your facade, the ecology and the floors.
Hydropneumatic grouting
The hydro-pneumatic blasting with the torbo system is ideal for all brick, concrete and plaster coatings. Stripping improves the results of the restoration of your facade by starting again on new healthy bases. Indeed, stripping is to remove the layers of impurities to treat the facade without obstacles. Several processes are proposed to you for the stripping of your facade:
The hydrogumming
Pulverized under a pressure of several bars, the hydrogumming is composed of a mixture of sand and water projected under high pressure on your facade.
Dry sandblasting
Composed only of a mixture of sand and air, dry sandblasting is propelled under very high pressure for a more in-depth stripping than hydrogumming.
Chemical stripping
Still under high pressure, products are mixed with water and sprayed on your facade.
Thermal stripping
The coating of your facade is heated at high temperature to remove paint and impurities.
Demossing of the facade
Facades are very regularly attacked and colonized by plants: mosses, spores, fungi and plants. Colonization is slow, so much so that we get used to them and forget their presence. However, in addition to the aesthetic aspect, damage ends up accumulating and creating humidity. The removal of moss intervenes precisely to avoid this and to preserve your heritage. Moss removal can be carried out on a one-time basis or regularly for homes that are prone to vegetation growth. Da vinci facade removes the undercoat with processes adapted to the house and applies protection to prevent future vegetation.
